  • AI Engineer

    Main KPI (example)

    Ship production-ready AI features and workflows that meet agreed quality, latency, and reliability SLAs for assigned projects each quarter.

    Main responsibilities & duties

    • Deliver implementation, integration, and day-to-day technical execution for AI features and workflows.
    • Build, test, and deploy AI/LLM-powered product features, automations, and internal tools based on solution designs.
    • Collaborate with AI Scientists and Consultants to translate requirements into production-ready code and documentation.
    Reports to: AI Scientist

    Requirements

    • Strong software engineering fundamentals (APIs, databases, clean code).
    • Able to build AI features into products and workflows.
    • Comfortable working independently (remote) with clear reporting.

    Experience

    • 2+ years relevant work experience (remote/freelance ok).
    • Proven delivery of AI/LLM features (apps, automations, assistants, internal tools).

    Certifications

    • Cloud/hosting provider & AI fundamentals certifications (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) or equivalent.
    • AI/ML foundations badges or equivalent.
    • GenAI / LLM app-building / prompt engineering certificates (any recognized provider).

    Skills

    • LLM tools and APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini); prompt design; tool/function calling.
    • RAG basics (embeddings, vector DB, retrieval) + evaluation/guardrails.
    • Testing, logging/monitoring, security hygiene, Git, deployment basics.

    Main responsibilities & duties

    • Own project scope, delivery, and client relationships across markets.
    • Translate business needs into clear AI solution designs, plans, and documentation.
    • Coordinate AI Leaders, Scientists, Engineers, and Resources Staff to keep scope, timelines, and quality on track.
    Reports to: AI Leader (AI Executive for strategic accounts)

    Requirements

    • Strong English communication and stakeholder management.
    • Can translate business needs into AI solutions with clear scope and outcomes.
    • Strong documentation and presentation skills.

    Experience

    • 2+ years consulting/solution delivery (remote/freelance ok).
    • Experience running discovery workshops and producing proposals/documentation.

    Certifications

    • AI fundamentals certification (AWS/GCP/Azure or equivalent).
    • Agile/Scrum (CSM/PSM) is a plus.
    • HubSpot / GA4 is a plus (if supporting marketing use-cases).

    Experience

    • 2+ years applied AI/ML or applied research work (remote/freelance ok).
    • Evidence of experiment-driven improvements (quality/cost/latency).

    Certifications

    • ML/GenAI certificates (any recognized provider) or equivalent.
    • Cloud provider applied AI learning paths (AWS/GCP/Azure) or equivalent.
    • Responsible AI coursework is a plus.

    Skills

    • Experiment design, evaluation frameworks, statistical reasoning.
    • Python data stack (pandas/numpy), dataset creation/labeling strategy.
    • LLM evaluation, prompt/system design, error analysis.
